Title Company

Title companies provide us their wire transfer information and designate administrators who simply select the appropriate wire transfer information for each buyer or lender.

Title company admins can add, notify, and delete buyers and lenders from the system. Title companies also designate a master admin who can add and remove other admins.

Buyer / Lender

No account creation or registration is required. To retrieve the wire transfer information, buyers and lenders simply log in on their own time using their email address and title company.

Buyers and lenders can only view the wire transfer information for their transaction(s) and all information is securely protected. No more "secure" emails or tedious phone calls required!

Their buyers and lenders can then obtain the wire transfer information by visiting the title company's website. The link on the title company's site directs the buyer/lender to the BuyerDocs login page where the title company is preselected for them.
